Our experience working with Fiona to find us a rental property was excellent right from the start. To be honest, we started off with Fiona having come from a discouraging situation we were looking for someone who was encouraging and positive and more importantly someone who could listen to our needs. Fiona was that person; she listens to her clients needs, she is professional, she was knowledgeable about the market and she knew how to tailor it to our needs. She kept communication fluid and to the point and always did what she promised to do, e.g. viewing properties and sending reminders to us to be present for the video viewing. Showing the numbers, the comps etc. She was always on the go and pushing to get the job done and seeking feedback and keeping us engaged. In addition to keeping the business flowing she is also a very personable person and wonderful human being. I would love to meet her in person one day and of course to refer her to my friends.
