We recently purchased a Condo in Kings Point. Fiona presented many beautiful properties to us with comparable prices based on precisely what we told her we were looking for. When we decided, she negotiated the lowest possible price with the agent and the seller. Fiona is a tremendous communicator and made herself accessible to speak with us throughout the entire process. We could contact her anytime ! If she was not immediately available, she would contact us within a few minutes. Fiona thoroughly coordinated with the HOA, Our mortgage company, All inspections, the Title company, Gate accesses, Condo accesses, etc. We closed in 45 days !!! First off, I’m really late in writing this review but I know Fiona won’t mind because she’s such a darn nice person :) We used Fiona as our realtor twice in just over two years - once to buy and once to sell. Both experiences were amazing but for this review I’ll focus on the latter. It’s hard to say our selling experience was anything less than perfect from the start. As soon as we contacted her about our decision to sell, Fiona was on top of everything. She moved us quickly through the process, and when my husband had to move out of state ahead of myself and the kids, Fiona helped prep the house. She not only made recommendations about how to increase our house value, but physically helped me stage (and even clean!) as we rushed to get ready for showings. The pictures were AMAZING and her expertise clearly shows - we had our open house the day after we put it on the market with a TON of traffic and within 3 days had multiple offers. Above and beyond the realtor part, Fiona is genuinely a really good person who I would now consider a friend. She checks in with me frequently and remembers special dates like our daughters’ birthday. When we were looking for a house after leaving Florida, Fiona used her BH network to connect us with an agent in our area. The only issue I can come up with regarding working with Fiona is that I can’t clone her and have her as my realtor everywhere I go. I could not recommend her more!
I was referred to Fe through a relocation package and worked from a distance with her to get the property sold. Fe was very helpful with facilitating repairs and inspections at the property when I could not be present. Her communication was excellent and was always available when I had questions or needed an update. She worked well with the agents on the other side of the transaction to ensure things were on track. Fe was very open to our decisions throughout the process and offered her advice when solicited. We were presented with a few different realtors to choose from in the initial steps of the relocation. Fe offered her honest opinion on the property and was transparent on her plan to get the property sold. I am happy we chose to work with Fe and would be happy to do so again!

Without question, this was one of the craziest real estate transactions out there! To that point, we were more than fortunate to have Fiona on our team.
