If you're considering Phil as a result of being contacted by him via a Zillow lead, or somehow you’ve been referred to him by someone - steer clear. Even after several conversations with me, Phil failed to write the sales agreement for my home accurately, resulting in a costly and stressful change in settlement date. Phil will proudly and repeatedly tell you how he's been in the business for 18 years and then refuse to be accountable for any of the mistakes he makes. In addition to failing to write the contract properly, it was clear during the buying process that Phil couldn't remember key details about my transaction (like how many offers I'd made on other homes, whether I was a cash or mortgage buyer, and whether I had access to temporary housing). I'm embarrassed that I let myself use Phil without doing more research. There is no reality in which I'd ever recommend Phil to anyone.
