I have worked with Fidel twice, both with buying my first house and then selling it again almost 2 years later. Both experiences were nothing short of awesome! When I first bought my house I felt Fidel was in my corner every step of the way, he saved me money where he could, gave advice, and explained things very well. I never felt like I was in the dark on things or wishing I knew more. Everything, he was right there on his game. And he was not afraid of letting you know if he thought the other party was being unreasonable. He wanted to get me into the right house, at the right price, not just complete a purchase. And he did just that! He delivered in every way I would want an agent to and makes it as smooth a process as possible. When I reached out to him almost two years later as I decided to move across the country, he remembered who I was and details about me. It proved to me that he really takes the time to get to know his clients, he doesn't just see you as a paycheck. The selling process was just as great as the buying process with Fidel, if anything, I could see how he had become an even better agent in the past two years. He took the time to go through the house and show me what I should do and how I should stage it. His team created an awesome listing, and I had offers coming in the same day. Granted the market was hot but their advertisements and listing really caught your attention. Just as before, he treated me and the whole experience as more than just acquiring a paycheck. He was always on top of things and made it just a great experience all the way around. Even when challenges arose, as they will, he handled them incredibly! Hands down, would use Fidel for every single real estate transaction in my future if I could but unfortunately he does not operate where I have moved to. But he has set a high bar for anyone that I would use in the future. 10/10 recommend working with him whether you are buying or selling. You will not be disappointed.

My experience with Fidel sums up in single sentence " top of the line " from the time I decide to purchase and flip a property he's there with me on every step of it from suggestions for up grades, colour scheme, marketing, comps till the final inspection and walk thru man stands shoulder to shoulder. Can't ask for any better real estate agent then Fidel he's knowledgeable and straight forward in every deal and he don't back down from his suggestions for improvements advice or otherwise, man will put his foot down to what he wants his property to look like after it's done and ready for sale.
