In addition to helping me find the perfect fit for me in my new home, she also gave me advice about things to consider as someone new to New England (like the necessity of a garage and the dynamics of snow removal responsibilities), broke down the local towns and their differences, took me on a detailed tour of the area, helped me negotiate a strong but affordable final offer, walked me through my local utilities options and connected me with great local experts to help me with my own — including my new painter and electrician. She went above and beyond at every step, and I can't imagine having as easy and successful a move with any other realtor. Every time I had a question, she had a helpful answer.

We owned a house in Hadley, but lived just west of Boston. It was rental property that was extremely damaged by fire. I was trying to deal with a contractor who did not show up. Work was not being done. Then I found Jacqui. She was fabulous ! She would visit the site ask questions and report back to me. She did everything I would have done, had I been there. The contractor even asked me to keep her from the site. I said "no way". The job should have been done in 3 months and it took almost a year. I feel sure that without Jacqui's help., the job still would not have been completed. Jacqui was also helpful when we needed additional workers to do work on our house. She knows every one. We took her advise, and was never displeased. If you are going to list your house, you must talk to Jacqui. There is no one better then Jacqui. Out of 5 stars, I give her a 10. The house was on the market less then 2 weeks when we got an offer. She is wonderful.

We bought our home through Jacqui - using her as a our buyer's agent. She really knows her stuff and was great throughout. She was recommended by a couple of local people. Nothing fell through the cracks with her - as did with a previous realtor we used on a home purchase. At one point the deal almost fell apart (problems came up during the inspection that the seller needed to fix) and she negotiated hard for us. She was helpful in connecting us with local contractors, etc. We got our "forever" home thanks to Jacqui and if we ever did decide to list we would definitely use her.
