We would contact her as soon as we saw something interesting online and she would get back to us in minutes with more information about them, including floor plans, which was not available online. With the place we ended up buying she was able to get us a showing right after we saw it come online so that we were the first ones to see it and able to put in an offer which was accepted on the spot. Through her vast network of contacts, she recommended a mortgage broker and real estate lawyer and facilitated the whole buying process. She also kept on top of things all the way through the closing to make sure it went smoothly.
