A very tenacious and ambitious agent.

Fernando helped me sell my condo in downtown Long Beach. It was a very difficult transaction because financing was a challenge with my particular development. So we had several buyers who were not able to perform. Even though this was not a big property with a huge commission and the property kept falling out of escrow, Fernando still stuck with it and eventually brought me an all-cash buyer! Fernando is a good guy; he stayed cool and gave me good advice when I was stressing out.
