My experience was interesting. I wasn't 100% sure if I was ready to embarque in buying a property. Fernando was very patient showing me different options. He would explain thing and clear all my doubts. When i finally made an offer for this property , he handled the negotiation smoothly, always keeping me updated in regrads to the process and deadlines. When an issue was encounter before the Bank could approve, he handle the situation, making it possible to close the deal. I truly appreciate his commitment during the whole process.

Fernando is the best realtor that we have choose to do the process of buying a house from the State of Alabama and returning home at Florida. He was on the process not like a realtor that wants to help you with the process of buying a home it was like family on the good days and the bad days because buying a house with the COVID pandemic not helping at all with materials to get the house build being delay he was there at all the time.
