As most buyers know, buying in this market can be very tough. Working with Fernando, we had a realtor that constantly kept us informed, always made himself available, gave his honest opinion, and most importantly, genuine feedback. Fernando was not the type to just try and make a sale. He catered to what my wife and I had in mind for our first home. Fernando came with us to every open house and was able to inform us on what was good, and what needed work. He was even able to give us tips on where to start and rough estimate of the cost.
