Me and my husband were first time homebuyers. We had an idea of what we wanted in a house and had done much research but overall felt lost. Fernanda helped us so much! If we didn’t like a house she didn’t try to push us into seeing what it could be. She always said “then let’s keep going!” Which I loved because I don’t want a house based on what it could be, I wanted to love the house for what it was. We saw a lot of houses, I had so many questions which I thought were dumb/silly and she answered all of them promptly. I was all over the place with where I wanted to be, what I wanted in a home and she went with the flow. We finally found a home we loved but another offer was already put in. She fought for us and gave her honest opinion on what we should offer and ours ended up being accepted! We have been in our new home since March and we love it.
As the title says, it was my first time purchasing a home and when I tell you Mrs Mandese made it seamless, it's not an exaggeration. I'm a very busy person with a tight schedule, but she was available anytime a moments notice. The home buying process can be very stressful, but she made it easy. She's also bilingual and has incredible people skills!
