It was a pleasure working with Fermin. Trying to find a home, can be stressful. Especially your first home, with no experience. Fermin helped relieved that stress. He answered all of my questions and concerns and even questions I didn't realize I needed to know. He was very professional. He was able worked around my schedule with appointments and was punctual. Knew all the areas we were looking at and always updated me with a list of new potentials. He was a big help on guiding me with the steps I needed to take, which helped me get my first home.
