I would recommend Felix to anyone selling a home. He was always very communicative, transparent, and responsive. He helped make sure every aspect from clearing out the house to maintaining it was taken care of as we managed the sale from another state. He was always available and helped find solutions.

My husband and I have had numerous homes built and the same amount remodeled. Consequently we have lots of experience with realtors. Felix was attentive and professional every step of the way during the 4 months of selling this house without our physical presence on site. Two sales fell through, work had to be done on the yard and house. Felix organized and oversaw each step and maintained contact with us and provided updates regularly. He organized DocuSign throughout the entire process. Thank you Felix we are very grateful.

Felix is very professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Answering all our questions and making buying a house seemingly easy. He was always on time and made sure we understood what was going on through each process. Would definitely recommend if you need to buy or sell a house in this area Felix is your guy.
