From that time we always were able to text, call, and email him 24/7 and received a response in a matter of hours. Felix moved quickly to get us into as many houses as we wanted to see AND he put up with our first time home buyer silliness/naivety! When we were closing on our house, I was very worried and concerned if there was any problems with the house and Felix went over there and made sure that everything was on working conditions since he later told us that he was and investor and also a builder,. So thoughtful! He really will go the extra mile for you. He even calmed my parents frantic nerves as they helped us with the down payment from across the country. When we're ready to move from our starter home, Felix will be the first person we call. I know he is honest, fair, timely, and freakin' awesome with more than 18 years of experience. Oh, as if his list of awesomeness couldn't get any longer, he does a great job of continually following up with you throughout the process. I know I can call him with home warranty, tax, mortgage, or market questions at any time. Highly Recommended!
