Felix Chambers

There is a lot that can be sad about a person by the way they work, talk, act, react, etc. Through everything that we went through with original lender Felix stayed calm and always knew what needed to be done next, who to talk to, what to sign, etc. Felix did a lot of stuff behind the scenes without ever needing to be asked to do something, he was always a head of the curve and helped save me and my wife from a bad situation that was caused by my original lender. In the end we were able to purchase the home, get everything done as it was suppose to be in the contract. I was ready to give up on this whole process and on this home and walk away and Felix kept pushing and encouraging to the end. If it was not for his actions, his positive attitude, and his knowledge of knowing what to do when to do it, who to talk to etc I would have easily walked away defeated. So from me and my family thank you Felix, I feel that we have gained a friend in the end of this.
