I didn't have anything to worry about. Felicia took care of everything! I have no doubt she did everything possible to get the best price on the house. The final sale price was lower than we had hoped for, but the main goal was to sell the house as quickly as possible. The timing of the sale and the weather didn't help, but Felicia did a great job, considering the circumstances.
