My first home buying process did not go as planned. Extension after extension, deed problems, and poor communication on all parties except from Felicia. She responded to my every text ( there was a lot), walked me through ever problem and reassured me on every issue. If it wasn’t for her, I do not believe I would of gotten through it . Very positive, great to work with, and extremely supportive. All great traits I believe is needed when helping a family buy a home.
