Wow! Cannot believe I made it to the end and who better to have made sure I made it to the finish line, then Felicia. Throughout this time Felicia has been attentive, communicative and most of all personable. I was connected with Felicia by a LA realtor for your company—Viola Bates. From the beginning, Felicia took the time to get to know my wants and needs for my first home. Really asked the questions to build a solid profile for what I was looking for and matched the best homes with my criteria wonderfully. She pointed out the main things I should pay attention to and gave me tips that I might not have read about. She took the time to really walk me through the process and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way—LOVED that. I was a little nervous at the start of this venture—but I was so graciously reassured that everything would be alright and she would be there for me until the end. There were times I wasn’t sure where we were in the process and before I could even ask her, she was already providing updates. Anytime I had what I thought to be a silly question, she was there to answer it in full and make sure I understood what she was saying. Communication is key and I feel Felicia nailed it to a “T”. I was very satisfied with the services provided by Felicia and the company. I will for sure be telling my friends and reaching out to you all on my next home purchase.

Felicia was a pleasure to work with from her initial phone call to the closing. Selling a home can be a nerve-wrecking experience and there were disappointments on the journey but she did as good as she could to keep me grounded and realistic. In actuality it took about 3 months to sell; during a pandemic and economic uncertainty, so that's a good job I would say. We made only one price reduction and added closing costs as an incentive but overall we stayed in my comfort zone for price. Felicia strength is her composure because I'm analytical, results oriented and will ask questions and freak out when my expectations aren't met. My only negative was that she was inconsistent with her weekly update that highlighted visits and offers. Initially they came weekly but became sporadic. It was a good experience and I look forward to working with her again.

I met Felicia about two and a half years ago when I was looking for a rental home. We crossed paths when I was making inquiries on homes and she called me back. I explained I’d already found a home and she offered to look at the landlords profile and make sure it was a legit rental; because of scams being so high. After I’d been in the property a few months she checked in on our family and asked if we needed anything and that she’d be available if we needed future home purchasing assistance.
