Felicia is a very good listener and truly pulls out what you are looking for. She has several suggestions. She truly had heart to heart conversations with me and my husband separately and individually to ensure she was able to capture what we needed separately and collectively. He willingness to walk thru 1 home 12x if we needed to ultimately say NO and move on to the next was amazing. She is truly there for you and your family and not her paycheck. Amazing!
