Felicia Martin Struhl

My husband and I recently moved from Texas to Las Vegas. We were looking to buy our first home and knew what neighborhood we wanted to be in after doing some searching in Vegas during other trips. Felicia worked hard to keep an eye out for homes available in our desired neighborhood. After we made an offer on a house which was turned down, Felicia took the initiative to follow up with the seller’s agent a week or two later to see if they were interested in our offer. Because of this, the seller reconsidered our offer, and Felicia landed us in our home, which we absolutely love! Buying your first home states away can be a daunting process but Felicia took care of all the important details for us and ensured we were able to get our dream first home. She went out of her way to make sure all the necessary documents were completed, answered our unending questions every time, and did a video walk through of the house since we were not able to visit before putting in an offer. We are very grateful for Felicia’s knowledge, patience, and hard work. We would recommend her to anyone, especially first-time home buyers. She is very trustworthy and has her client’s best interests in mind, 10/10!
