Don't allow those quick sell people to bamboozled you into thinking that they have your best interest, because they don't. They tried to do that to us because they believe you don't know better. Felicia was a great facilitator in helping us understand rentals in Newark. My husband and I knew nothing, i.e., the names and phone numbers of the individuals who rented the property; Who the section 8 caseworkers were, and how to get the name and number of the caseworker if she didn’t have it. She provided us with names of contractors in case repairs needed to be done. She helped us in ways she didn’t have to. The list goes on. Felicia was a God send.
