There is not enough good things I could say about Felicia. She knows this area, knows what's out there, knows housing trends, has a network of people, like contractors and inspectors, that if you have a question- you get get a quick knowledgeable response to. I originally called her years ago with some questions, after we had been getting real estate literature from her in the mail. We talked over the years, and she never used over the top "high pressure sales" on us to sell or buy, but she kept informing us, through e-mail, messaging and her famous mailers. When we decided to sell, the day we put the house on the market we had an offer, for full price, with in 2 hours. I originally thought our asking price was way to high, but Felicia insisted she could sell the house at the figure she recommended- and it did ..fast. A couple weeks before the closing, the buyer had to back out due to loan issues on their home. So we had to put it on the market again. 2 days later we got another good offer for full price. Anytime we had question about anything, we got a quick response. Felicia is a hard worker, she hustled to get a things in place for the house we are buying too. She experienced, hard-working, and is quick with the paperwork. But above all she has great advice.
