We were selling a rental house in California while living in Oregon. Our plan originally was to travel to California and to do all of the necessary work to get the house ready to sell but once the pandemic struck that was no longer feasible. Where do I begin.... Felicia and Mark were nothing short of incredible. They made the whole process easy!!!
