My experience with Felecia was a VERY positive one. I have dealt with several realtors and none compare to her. Her knowledge and experience are outstanding. She never tires of showing houses you want to see. When we found the house I wanted to make a bid on, she pulled some comps and advised what she thought the house should sell for, which was $3000 less than it was listed at. At appraisal the value of the house was what she had told me it was worth! She is an awesome realor. If I ever decided to sell, I hope she is still around.
