This was my first sale of a home. It was a very old home which I had renovated. Felicia did an excellent job appraising it for the selling price and giving me pointers on getting the final sale done. When situations arose, she resolved them in a timely manner. When working with Felicia, I was impressed by both her knowledge and professionalism.
