We were told brand new appliances and that was a lie. After a year in the new place we have to get new appliances because the ones in the house are about as old as the house. Within a month of buying our 180000 home it starts falling apart, doors and frames falling off, bathroom walls coming apart. And definitely not a quiet neighborhood with our neighbors having dogs that bark the whole time they are outside nonstop. And we were told we were getting a welcome package from her, never happened. Please do your own research on a property before you make an offer. This was our first time home buying experience and we all definitely learned a lot.
