Felecia was the best thing to happen to us as first time home buyers. She took the time to explain the ins and out of home buying before we started looking, really helping to put our minds at ease about the whole process. What started out as a casual first look at some houses quickly turned into a bidding situation. Felecia guided us through the whole thing and was a stellar negotiator when we needed it.
