The most positive experience to be with my agent Felicia whom I used last spring I sold my home of 20 years and purchased a new one. We were thinking to list my home for $230k hoping to get at least $200k. She insisted that we should sell the home for $195k to drum up lots of traffic and interest. I very nervously took her advice regarding the listing price and it could not have worked out better we had six viewings scheduled within the first day and sold the house within two months after listing it for the $195k. The house i wanted to buy was listed for $80k and with her guidance during the negotiations we got it for $70k, we got it for $10k less.
