I engaged Fel in a very complicated sale of my San Bruno home that was caught up in a lengthy and arduous divorce. Over the years this drug out, Fel was always there providing support, masterfully dealing with both my ex and me, in a professional and prudent way. He saw the sale through with promptness, expertise and knowledge of these type of complex transactions, which require sensitivity, legal knowledge, tact, and professionalism. In the end I got my property sold at as high as could be expected given the state of the market and my house. I would not hesitate to use Fel again for my properties, and strongly recommend him to anyone seeking a sales professional to handle their real estate transactions.
