Buying a house is hard. Buying a house in another state, unsure of which neighborhood or even if we preferred urban to rural living was seriously difficult. Doing that in the midst of a pandemic and a real estate boom, well, it looked impossible. Meeting Susan Feil turned that impossible situation into something else: an opportunity to buy a great house in an amazing neighborhood where we would be happy. But finding the house was the easy part. Navigating the negotiations, the fixes to the house, and everything else was where Susan and her staff really shone. They carried us through this process, making it possible to do it wherever we were: on the road, in another state, or in New Mexico. They gently prodded the various repair people so that we could get the house fixed. By connecting with Susan we also connected with her rolodex of other professionals, which has also been quite valuable to us.
