Kathi Rafters was by far the best, most professional realtor we have ever engaged with. She was patient, thorough, totally honest and most knowledgeable about Prescott and the housing market. She even went out of her way to investigate development plans for a house we were interested in that overlooked property which she discovered was approved for an impending development which included a large multi-unit condo complex. Her research caused us to reconsider a potential offer and her to lose a possible sale. Kathi's network in the Prescott area was superb and she helped us via her contacts to get a broker and a mortgage, homeowner's insurance, a title company, home inspector, a roofer and a landscaper. On top of all that, she was fun to be around and as my wife said "the worst part about closing on the house is that we would not see Kathi as much anymore." The bottom line is if you have a chance to hire Kathi, you would be foolish not to!

She is very experienced and knowledgeable!

Generous. Highly responsive to phone calls. Knowledgeable. Knows the market. Worked persistently for us as if we were her only clients. Thoughtful and just plain nice!

From the beginning she had a marketing plan and she followed it to a tee. She was always ahead of the curve and clear about the next steps. No disappointments at all.

Kathi is an exceptional realtor. During the process of purchasing my new home she was excellent at keeping me informed. Since I was in another state during the buying process, that was very important to me. She continues to offer support from afar, making sure that the contractors are able to get in to do the work that I require before moving in. In addition to her professionalism, she is just a wonderful and warm person. I have bought and sold many homes during the past 20 years and I have to say that Kathi is the best realtor that i have had the pleasure to work with.

I went from not knowing how to start my search, to having appointments looking at potential properties. Her knowledge of the area is vast, and was always there to answer my questions. Kathi is completely honest and sets you in the right direction. I cannot say enough kind things. She made it easy and stress free, all with me living in California. If I decide to upgrade properties it will be with Kathi Rafters.

I needed to sell my parents house and property after my dad passed. I live in another state so I couldn’t be on site to help with the process. Kathi helped me schedule the landscaping, estate sale, property cleanup and any repairs that needed attention. We were able to finalize the sale within 3 months, which was amazing. I can’t express my gratitude enough for all the support and hard work that went into making this happen. I’m so grateful I found Kathi to be my agent.

Kathi is an excellent Realtor who gives 200 percent to her clients. She worked extra long and hard with my listing. Previously my house sold twice and both times right before closing they backed out but she never faltered. With this third closing she went far and beyond normal. She is worth a million!!!

We could not be happier with our time working with Kathi. She is extremely knowledgeable, and was very quick to respond to our texts, phone calls, and emails. She was very informative and helpful throughout the process. We had several houses we almost bought that we ended up changing our minds on, and she helped us persevere through the process. We will definitely use Kathi again for purchasing our next home.

Kathi is an excellent real estate agent. She is experienced and professional. She quickly understood my priorities and communication style. She promptly responded to any questions that I had and shepherded me through the process to a successful conclusion. I highly recommend Kathi.

My husband and I were excited to work with Kathi Rafters. She not only has extensive knowledge and experience in the housing market; but takes the time to get to know her clients. Her professionalism, communication and attention to detail made this process easy to understand and work through. We highly recommend Kathi.

Kathi is the best real estate agent that I have ever worked with, in terms of professional knowledge and friendliness.
