Fawn is very responsive and relaxed at the same time! The thing I loved most was that any time I had a question (like, is this sale going sideways?) she was there to answer and reassure me. On the rare occasion that she couldn't talk to me when I called (and I called a lot) she'd tell me why. "I'm in a meeting but I'll call back soon." Fawn has had so much experience that she can reassure you at every step. She knows that things that seem scary (inspections) are sometimes not that big a deal. Once I asked if she'd ever had a sale as difficult as ours. There was a pause, and then she said, "Yes." Ha ha. That made me feel better! Fawn knocked herself out to get us the best deal she could. I highly recommend her!
