Smooth Sailing
From start to finish, the sale of my mothers home was a totally stress free experience. Faten handled everything and we had accepted an offer 2 days after the house officially went on the market. I believe the whole process only took about a month and a half. Faten was very intuitive in handling some special circumstances that arose. My mother had died and there were different family members that inherited co-ownership of the house. Faten was very understanding and empathetic in dealing with each individual. Im so glad we chose Faten to be to bo our agent. Her skills and knoledge made for a very pleasant experience with no bumps in the road.
