Contrairily, she was actually the seller's agent and I had my own buyer's agent. But I liked her a lot and her loyalty to her client won my respect during that purchase. When I needed to find an agent to sell my home, I hired her without thinking of anyone else. She sold each of my homes quickly. Everytime she managed everything and I didn't have to worry about anything except that the house was in good condition and pleasant for showing. I am always picky about everything I do and make sure everything is done in perfection. I always feel like I have to micromanage whomever I hire to do a job.
