Karen is smart, professional, ethical, and tireless, and she is the realtor you want, whether you're buying or selling. In my case, I was selling my late father's house and, for a number of reasons (that had nothing to do with Karen), the sale took an unexpectedly long time. She really didn't have to stick with me, but she did, and it meant the world to me. I'm so grateful to her for making it work, and will miss the regular conversation, as she is such a good person, and has a great sense of humor!
