We are honored to do this review for Fareed Tawasha. How we met Fareed & his associate was pure luck. While my husband and I were looking for kitchen remodel ideas Fareed was looking for items on a home he was flipping. We asked Fareed if he could advise us on what people were looking for in kitchen remodels, as we were thinking about getting our home ready to sell within the next couple years. He not only helped us pick out product, color combos plus set up ideas he got us in contact with a contractor and came to our home giving us suggestions on how to prepare our home for selling. Then Covid happened and things changed. Fareed waited patiently for us to decide on the move (which took 2 years) no pressure from him and continuing to keep us informed on the market. When our decision was finally made and we found our last home Fareed went to work in high gear helping us to sell our home in a short time. He is dedicated to his clients working hard and showing the client(s) so many possibilities for selling or buying a home. He is loyal, knowledgeable, honest and is a well informed realtor. Fareed Tawasha has served as our property manager for a single family residence (rental) for several years. He recently helped us identify and purchase a multi-unit dwelling, which we have also asked him to manage. I have worked with Fareed Tawasha for 8 years, first as a property manager, and recently as a Real Estate Agent to sell my rental condominium in Concord, CA. Fareed managed two small properties for about 8 years, and I cannot say enough about how well he handled every problem as it arose, managed improvements to the properties, and acted as sole interface to renters. When I decided to sell my Concord condominium, I decided to use Fareed as my seller’s agent. Fareed handled all the sale preparations and we decided on a competitive list price and within 3 days had 3 offers, $20,000 over the list price!! Fareed handled some minor repairs and improvements, and the deal was closed in less than a month. I continue to work with Fareed as property manager for another rental property manager, and I continue to be 100% satisfied with his work. I always wanted to own a house, but never really thought about it because I didn't think it was going to be easy, Fareed definitely changed that! I saw Fareed's ad and decided to call and ask about how to get started with the process. The first time I talked to Fareed I knew I could do it, he told me about the process and even sent me information on homebuying without pushing to sell. He was professional, honest, patient, always available to answer any questions I had and was very down to earth and I have to mention again VERY Honest.
