Becareful when you buy a house and you don’t look for your own inspector. That is the first mistake when you true in your realtor because he (she) looks very gentile and nice with you . I have to spend a lot of money in the house, I did not know the magnitude of the problems I have to face, including the roof. The inspection was totally a disaster, all the problems were hidden. The most important for the realtor and the inspector is to get an easy money from the buyer.
