Ours was a challenging house because of the long, narrow, floor plan. Faith had good suggestions on which updates to do and those which were not necessary. She checked in regularly to see how progress was going. When we had to leave town for a week she volunteered to meet up with the tile setter and oversee the project in our absence. Her suggestion to use a professional stager to help mitigate the floor plan weakness was instrumental in making the house reflect its full potential. Throughout the process she kept us updated on comps and how the market was trending. Faith was in every sense our advocate and we recommend her highly.
