We tried using Zillow and For Sale By Owner for a few weeks before deciding to hire a real estate professional. During that initial period we had very few inquiries, and none of them were serious buyers. However, within a week of hiring Faith, we had many walk-throughs at the property, and within a few weeks we had six offers, most of which being higher than the actual listing price. Faith continued to go above and beyond even after we accepted an offer, and though the closing process took longer than expected (due to circumstances with the buyers and lenders), Faith kept us informed and saw us through the process.
