Faith was great to work with again—this is the second house we purchased with her. I viewed the house remotely as she walked through with her phone as we video chatted and checked everything I would want to check in person. Then on short notice she arranged a viewing for my husband when he was in town. Faith was communicative and would let me know when to expect certain DocuSign things to go through, and made the process seamless for us. She also recommended inspectors as needed, and went back to the property after it was surveyed so that I could see the boundaries by video chat as well, which was helpful. She sent updates on houses we may be interested in seeing based on our initial interest, but was flexible enough to respond and show us houses we found on our own on Zillow. That’s how we found this place. It’s in a great location and will only appreciate in value over time. One can always alter a house, but the location is fixed. This’s is exactly where we wanted to find a house!
