Faith was professional from the start! Well acquainted with region and prices of inventory. Suggested a sound plan of action to get my property ready for market. Chipped in and handheld me in actions I was uncomfortable with (ask the renter to vacate). Took it upon herself to ensure property's utilities were working properly (they were not!). Also, through associations, was able to off-load renter's "left behinds." Listed property in stages, thereby getting maximum pricing, and quick settlement. Folks, Faith was by far the best realtor I've had (bought/sold 8 times), you will be well served using her services!
