Our property had a tenant occupying the house when we first contacted Fadi about putting our home on the market. Because we are currently out of state, we needed someone to help us transition the current tenants out before listing the property. He not only volunteered to be our point of contact for the move-out transition, but put all the pieces in place to help make repairs and set up appointments with various contractors. He went above and beyond to help us get our house sold...especially during the holidays. Fadi encouraged us that our home was listed at a fair market value and to not settle for a low-ball offer. We were very happy with his drive and hunger to get us top dollar. Fadi went above and beyond with all communications. We had a 3 hour time difference between the two of us, however he was always courteous when it came to our schedule, yet always available.
