As a first-time homebuyer, the process of purchasing a property can be daunting, especially when navigating a short sale. Fortunately, I had the privilege of working with an outstanding realtor who turned what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless and rewarding journey. From our very first meeting, his expertise and professionalism were evident. He took the time to explain every detail of the short sale process, ensuring I understood each step. His ability to break down complex real estate jargon into simple, digestible information made me feel confident and well-informed throughout the entire transaction. What truly set him apart was his exceptional negotiation skills. He tirelessly communicated with the bank, advocating on my behalf to secure a remarkable price significantly below market value. His dedication and tenacity were crucial in achieving this fantastic deal. Beyond his professional acumen, he demonstrated genuine care and concern for my needs and preferences. He listened attentively to my concerns, answered all my questions promptly, and provided valuable insights that guided me in making informed decisions. His patient and reassuring demeanor made me feel supported every step of the way. The level of personalized attention and commitment he provided exceeded my expectations. He didn't just help me buy an apartment; he helped me find a home. His impeccable guidance and unwavering support were instrumental in making my dream of homeownership a reality. I have been lucky to have met again with such a magnificent person who, with his knowledge, serenity, professionalism, coordination and above all his charisma, managed to sell my property in Miami in record time. He, with his beautiful support team and his professional collaborators, handled and resolved details that arose with the buyer with such ease where it benefited both parties and was able to conclude with the established goal. That is why my family and I will be eternally grateful for all the support you give us at all times. Making us feel like one family.

I worked with Fadel such an excellent agent. He listed my place in December and we were on contract in just 3 weeks, at asking price. Fadel is absolutely wonderful to work with, it’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch and always ready to explain you everything along the process, even weekends. Highly recommended!
