I am from CA and was looking for a house in the West Columbia area. I began talking with a mortgage agent and he introduced me to Fabiola. We had been planning to fly out and see some properties in October 2023., so before we got there I told her exactly what I was looking for and what I was preapproved for. We met up and she was so accommodating, extremely helpful, very professional and knew what I wanted. We took the day looking and were about to end the day when she suggested I looked at one more house; we agreed. I couldn’t have be more happy when we saw the house. It exceeded our expectations. Fabiola directed us on how and what to offer to the sellers. Well within 24 hours she called to tell is the offer was accepted. We flew home and completed the sale from our home in CA. Fabiola worked for us from day one and even beyond the sale of the house. She held my hand the whole way. I highly recommend her to anyone.
