Top Knotch!
Thanks to Fabio and his team we sold our house quickly and for the price we had hoped for. They came in and assessed our property, identified the strengths and weaknesses and gave us solutions to undertake to make it an even better place to live for the next homeowner. We put a great deal of time and money into improvements through the years, but we still had a few details that needed freshening and work. Fabio and Missy introduced us to excellent contractors who were able to do the quality work quickly and affordably. In the end we were questioning if we should move after-all! We highly recommend Fabio and his team. Their energy and knowledge of the market were invaluable.
