After reaching out to MANY realtors including Fabiana, she was the only one that was attentive, responsive and proactive in helping us with our search. Other realtors either added us to their site to receive emails and never heard back and others never responded again. She made sure we understood every inch of the way of what to expect and explained in details the process. Always attentive and providing personal attention, making us feel like we were her only client (which I know is not true). This was an anxious time and she managed to keep the anxiety level to a minimum. I would highly recommend her!
