My home/duplex purchase had a lot of moving parts. It was a 203 Rehab loan which had several requirements. Fabian was extremely familiar with this type of loan and the process. He assisted me with my understanding. The duplex closed during COVID, with tenants. He assisted me with reluctantly becoming a Landlord which was never the plan. Since it was a rehab loan with a time limit, the tenants needed to move. Fabian worked with area Landlords to assist the tenants in finding other housing. Unfortunately, once one of the tenants finally moved, one of the tenant’s grandsons decided that he need a place to live and squatted on the property. Fabian assisted me with all the legal notices that needed to be given and posted. Because I had never planned on being a Landlord, and really had no knowledge of any of the process, Fabian was instrumental, again, with this process. His responsibility could have and should have ended with the closing, but he helped me through this six months after the closing! I am very happy in my beautiful, rehabbed home and the Above and Beyond service provided by Fabian.
