My wife and I recently relocated to San Antonio for work. We moved from Nevada and everything had to happen very quickly. Zeke Quijano is an energetic and exceptional agent. The process of selling a home has many twists and turns and Zeke didn’t send me on the ride alone. He sat with me the whole way. During preparation for the sale, he was resourceful and motivated to make the process a smooth experience. While the home was on the market, Zeke generated interest in the home and showed tenacity in seeking interested buyers. He also was very encouraging, explaining to this first time home seller the ins and outs of the process. I think the most important thing Zeke did throughout the process was communicate. He made himself available when needed, he checked in regularly, and always followed through. I never thought I would use the word “caring” with my real estate agent, but I felt that he genuinely cared about me and not just selling my house.
I stumbled across Zeke as the listing agent on a foreclosed home when I was well into searching for a home in the San Antonio area. I was using sites like Zillow and Trulia to find homes that, to my dismay, were already under contract, and contacting the listing agents on these homes without an agent of my own was getting me flooded with unwanted requests from realtors wanting to represent me. When I contacted Zeke, he seemed extremely forthright, laid back, and honest. He gave me the info on the foreclosure I found (which I didn't end up getting) and encouraged me to reach out if I had any questions on the area or other houses. He didn't pressure me to work with him, he just came off as an ally, and someone I could trust. My home buying experience was unique--I completed the whole process out of state while relying on YouTube tours Zeke was kind enough to shoot of each and every house I was interested in. For all I know, I might have been Zeke's only client during the 30-some days it took to buy my house. With all the time and care he put into my sale with all the questions and concerns I had, I couldn't imagine him having time for many other clients--but I'm sure he likely gave them the same amount of care.
