I purchased my home during summer and found the process very overwhelming but my realtor did an excellent job of explaining everything. He taught me the importance od reading my paperwork and not to sign anyything unless i am clear on what I am signing; basically to ask questions and keep asking until I understand. He was always available anytime and quickly responed to my attempts at reaching him. He was my advocate. He was a pleasure to work.
