I consider myself truly fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Eyal on selling my property at the Gateway House Condominiums in Miami. He came highly recommended by the property manager at Gateway House Condominiums in Miami, where my rental property was located. Also, he knew my father, who had been the one and only occupant of the condo from the time we purchased it together in 1997 to his untimely passing earlier this year. I asked Eyal to take on the task of finding a buyer for the condo shortly after laying my father to rest, and at every stage of the process, he was considerate and understanding of how the circumstances made parting with this property more complicated. He was respectful, affable, and patient with all my questions and concerns, as well as thoroughly knowledgeable in terms of the property, the building, and the HOA. In the end, he found a buyer and we closed the sale in very short order for a price I didn't dare dream was possible. I couldn't be more grateful for his efforts on my behalf, especially considering it all was done via electronic communications since I don't live in South Florida.

We worked with Eyal for months in finding the perfect home for our family. He was reliable, punctual, and honest working with us. He truly had our best interests at heart and gave us his honest opinion without pressuring us. It was very easy to schedule appointments with him to see houses around our busy work hours and family schedules. He set up alerts so we were emailed new listings regularly that fit our criteria. He would discuss with us other listings that did not fit our criteria that he thought would be a good fit and some of them we did consider but he did not waste our time by showing us houses that we were not interested in. When we finally found our perfect house, he fought for us and advised us throughout the closing process and even after during the renovation process. I've worked with many realtors before and have been jerked around or lied to. Eyal is a gem in the industry and I cannot recommend Eyal more highly.
