He let us know immediately during inspections what issues may need to be corrected, which allowed us to make decisions on corrections versus negotiations. It showed the buyers that we were serious about selling our home, but also comfortable with the pricing. We closed on time and walked away proud of the home we sold, and satisfied with the conditions of the sale.
